From everything I’ve seen and experienced, AdSense as we know it is no longer a viable option. For everyone that wants to make money blogging, it seems like PayPerPost is the way to go. It’s so much easier to use, and it actually pays. I’ve personally have had a hard time even getting registered with AdSense, let along getting paid. PerPerPost is so much easier, and you’re in control – you choose which opportunities to take, not the other way around.

It’s nice to see some tangible evidence that REST/CRUD works.  Now let’s get it out of Edge!

This plugin looks like a really nice way to setup a photoblog. Wish I had this two years ago…

…simply isn’t that hard.  I’ve got to say, Reg Braithwaite’s blog has been a very serendipitous find.  I stumbled onto his site a few days ago when looking for some rails answers and instead found a programming panacea.  This guy has it figured out, and I wish I had someone like him to learn from/interact with every day.

Just dugg [digged?] this article and I think it does a good job of rebutting a lot of the knee-jerk reactions regarding PayPerPost. It’s easy for Scoble or TechCrunch to scoff at the idea of getting paid to speak your mind, because they can rest on the laurels of their traffic and ad revenue. But what about all the people that are diligently browsing the web every day? They have opinions, too, and maybe now they can spend part of their day blogging for dollars. Think about it this way: who wouldn’t want to make money blogging?

Co.mments is just one of many new web2.0 sites trying to track the conversations that happen after a post is written. Will Google start indexing these as well?
